Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with House of Drycleaners, you agree to the following terms.

Service

HOD provides garment, footwear and home-fabric care. Estimates are shared at pickup; final invoices are confirmed after inspection.

Liability

Pre-existing damage is documented at pickup. In the rare event of damage caused by us, our liability is limited to up to ten times the service charge of the affected item.

Cancellations

Pickup slots can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
